One link. The whole facility.

Every facility on xGRIDx gets one room: a single link that opens the live twin, the status of every system, the capacity on hand, and the documents and evidence behind all of it. Share it with your team, your insurer, your lender. Nobody hunts through drives and inboxes again.

The Facility Room: in developmentPilot facilities shape the first rooms
A large convention facility at blue hour, the class of building that lives in a Facility Room

The console / Command view

The room, run like a command center.

Pick a level of the facility and the console answers the way an operator needs it: what the level is doing, where the energy is going, and what the system recommends next. This is the working shape of the Facility Room console, shown on a sample facility.

Recommendations

Every figure in this console is a sample, published here by xGRIDx to demonstrate the room. Sample, not a live reading, not a capacity claim, and not a savings claim. In a live room these panels read the facility twin and its sensors, and every figure carries its source on the record.

    What is in the room

A facility's truth is usually scattered: drawings in one drive, inspection reports in another, status in somebody's inbox, capacity in somebody's head. The Facility Room ends that. One link opens the facility as it actually stands, on the record the operators already run on.

    See a prototype room

A working prototype of this page's promise is open now: one link, a walkable twin of a sample interior, with system status, capacity, and documents in the same shell. The room and every figure in it are samples, labeled as samples.

    Reference Refinery Twin

A full refinery twin built in the open from public data: a 3D plant, a scan-style view, a clickable P&ID, and a simulated process feed for CDU-100, a 250,000 bbl/day reference crude unit. Sixteen tagged assets, one flagged exchanger, and a register that ships as open data files. It is a reference model, not any operator's plant, and it is labeled that way.

    Where it stands

The Facility Room is in development now, built on the live twin platform. The first rooms open on pilot facilities, shaped with the owners who will live in them.

The owner holds the keys. Invite a guest, revoke a guest, and set what each guest sees: a lender gets the evidence view, a buyer gets the diligence view, and nobody without a link sees anything at all. Every view is logged on the record.

    Who uses it

    How a room opens

    1. Twin first. The room stands on the twin. Where no twin exists yet, capture builds the record first.

    2. Room assembled. Status feeds, capacity figures, and the document set are wired to the twin record, so the room updates when the facility does.

    3. Link handed over. The owner receives the room and the keys: who is invited, what each guest sees, and the look record from day one.

    Three views / One record

The same room, set for each guest.

    Owner view

The full record: every system, every document, every look logged. The portfolio at a glance, down to the component.

    Operator view

Today's status, open flags, and the work in flight. The room an operations team starts its morning in.

    Guest view

A diligence room for an insurer, a lender, or a buyer: the evidence they need, nothing they do not, every view on the record.
