A tank farm from high above at dusk, a drone in the foreground
Descending toward one large storage tank in a tank farm at golden hour
Directly above the roof of one storage tank, concentric fittings and vents
The same tank resolved as a blue point cloud digital twin, one section flagged red
Inside the tank: liquid level, floating roof, sensors lighting up along the wall
Inside the tank: real pipework, valves and sensors under the twin data layer, one valve sealed with a ring of red light
The point cloud twin standing in the tank farm at dusk, streams of light splitting out along the pipelines, one stream in red
Deep below ground, a blue lattice of light with one red core: the foundation layer

Live twin / Reference Refinery

A whole refinery, twinned in the open.

Our reference twin of a Gulf Coast style conversion refinery, built entirely from public information and open in your browser. All 21 units are modeled and every asset class is counted. The register goes to depth: the material of every class, every stationary and moving component, the resources the plant consumes, and five protection layers written in as design requirements.

21Units modeled
337,574Components counted
39Material specifications
5Protection layers

A reference plant, not any operator's facility. Counts are reference estimates and the process feed is simulated, labeled as such on the twin page itself.

Live twin / Port Terminal

Now the same twin, at the water's edge.

A concept twin of a representative marine terminal, run as one continuous operation in your browser: a container ship discharges to railcars and a truck that gates out, a products tanker flows through the tank farm to a connected refinery, drones patrol, and a command center turns the plant on and off while the economics move. Built to show port operators exactly what a twin of their terminal would do all day.

Machine Design Studio / Instance 01 - UAV

And the drones over it? Designed here.

The patrol drones in the twins above were designed on this bench: pick the application, the climate, the distance and the sensors, and a parametric airframe rebuilds itself while the spec card reprices the physics - endurance, thrust-to-weight, wind limit, estimated unit cost, all from published assumptions. What comes out is a named configuration record the facility twins can fly. Drones are instance 01 of the studio where the robots and machines get designed.

Every figure on the designer is an estimate from published component assumptions, labeled as such on the page. A design twin, not a manufacturing specification.

07 / SI Power Engineering

SI Power Engineering: interconnection, engineered at machine speed.

Your twin already holds the site's electrical truth. xGRIDx turns it into a complete, filing-ready grid interconnection package for generation and large load projects: single-line diagrams, load flow and dynamic models, reactive capability (P-Q) curves, test evidence, site layouts, and the full filing packet for the relevant ISO or utility. Generated from the twin, not redrawn from scratch.
