Plants and terminals
Big, schedulable loads: compressors, pumps, refrigeration, batch processes. Flexibility measured in megawatts, priced like it.

Energy Flexibility turns a facility's power use into something that earns: flexible load shifted to cheaper hours, demand response when the grid calls, sites aggregated into a virtual power plant, and rates and programs optimized year round. All of it run from the twin that already holds the site's electrical truth.

Live today: the twin's electrical record, and SI Power Engineering interconnection packages generated from it. In development: flexibility dispatch, aggregation, and program enrollment, being built with utility and market partners.
We say plainly which is which. Pilot facilities join the development program first, and their flexibility is measured on the twin before anything is bid.
Flexibility fails when it guesses. A program that curtails the wrong load costs more than it pays. The twin holds the load profile, the equipment, and the operating constraints of the site, so what can move, what can pause, and what can never stop is settled on the record before a single kilowatt is offered.
Lower bills from load shifted to cheaper hours. Payments from demand response and aggregation. Both reported monthly in the Facility Room, next to the energy they came from, so the value is a line item and not a claim.

HVAC, lighting, and event schedules that already move with the day. Comfort protected, peaks shaved, programs enrolled.
One facility is a participant. A portfolio is a power plant: aggregated, dispatched, and settled as one resource.
