For insurers
Underwriting priced on a verified condition record, not a questionnaire. Better evidence, better terms.

Facility Intelligence turns the twin record into two products no single operator can make alone: anonymized benchmarks drawn from peer facilities, and evidence packs that insurers, lenders, regulators, and buyers accept because the record behind them was verified at the asset.

Every operator knows their own numbers and nobody else's. A network of twinned facilities changes that: the same component taxonomy, the same measures, compared fairly.
The rules are simple. Benchmarks are anonymized, always. A facility sees peer numbers only when it contributes its own. No facility is ever named.
The benchmark schema is built into the twin data model from the first pilot, so the network is benchmark-shaped from day one and pilot contracts carry contribution rights in writing.
The network itself is forming. Founding facilities enroll now, and their first comparisons arrive as the peer set grows. We will not publish a benchmark we cannot stand behind.
A spreadsheet can say anything. This record was sealed at the asset: readings, valve states, and visual evidence signed at the moment they happened by OkariGX, and a history that survives staff turnover because it lives in the twin, not in memory. That is why the packs hold up, and why verified assets attract capital.
