Kept current
The twin is maintained like the asset is maintained: every change captured, versioned, and on the record.

Managed Operations is the co-managed retainer that runs a facility on its twin: the record kept current, inspections run on schedule, alerts triaged, trades coordinated, and a monthly evidence pack that proves the work. One accountable System Architect over all of it.

The board / Operations view
Pick an area and the board shows who is on it, what is queued, and which alerts need a person. This is the working shape of the Managed Operations board, shown on a sample facility.
Select a crew pin to see the assignment. Pins are samples.
Every area, pin, task, and alert on this board is a sample, published here by xGRIDx to demonstrate the service. Sample, not a live operation. In a live engagement the board reads the facility record: real crews, real tasks, and alerts triaged by people, with evidence filed to the twin.
Bill Mercer is the System Architect: the general contractor of the system. Clients hold one contract and one contact. The trades plug into the same record, the same schedule, and the same proof standard, instead of nine separate vendor relationships.
Decisions that spend money, change the plant, or make a promise stay with the owner, always. We run everything around those decisions.
Our Super Intelligence systems run the recurring flow: watching the facility, scheduling the cycles, chasing overdue steps, and drafting the evidence pack. People do the physical work and make the judgment calls. No step closes without evidence on the record: a photo, a reading, a document, a signature. Started is never reported as done.
The retainer / Three promises
The twin is maintained like the asset is maintained: every change captured, versioned, and on the record.
Alerts and schedules are worked by a system that never sleeps, and triaged by people who know the facility.
A monthly evidence pack shows the work, the findings, and the next steps. No pack, no claim: the proof is the product.
